I am 42 years old and a mom of 2 teenage girls. I have been married (to the same guy) for 18 years. We were actually married twice, but never divorced - it's a long story. He secretly stalked me for several months before we started dating but I didn't know that (it was a sweet kind of stalking where he would watch me leave for work and then watch me come home) OK, I know it sounds kind of creepy, but if you knew my husband, you'd see what I mean. I love my gilrs, they are so very different. My oldest daughter is so smart and has a very level head and is very much like me (OK, I'm not nearly as smart as she is - the math that she does gives me a headache) she loves to read and create her own stories and we have the same sense of humor. My younger daughter is very strong willed and creative, she is brave when it comes to doing things that scare me, like going into a crowd of 15,000 people for a free concert, or volunteering to help with orientation at her hight school... I would only have done that if I had a friend doing it with me, but my daughter goes alone when her friends don't want to participate with her. She is much more like her father, they both have very short tempers and they are stubborn when they think they are right (which is most of the time). We all live in our (mostly) happy home with a new Beagle puppy named Sydney. Sydney came to live with us about a month ago after our Beagle, Daisy, passed away. We had Daisy with us for 14 years and were missing her so much. Having a new puppy is fun, and extreemly draining. We love her to death, but she can exaspirate (woo hoo - points for exaspirate) you at the same time. Well, that's probably enough about me - nothing too special, but I'm glad it's my life.
